With regard to item 8 of the draft minutes of the meeting neld on May 16th, I think it should state that the proposals embodied in my paper H.K.U.A.C. No. 34, together with comments by Mrs. G. H. Forster,) were put forward by me and considered with the result indicated. Otherwise there is a loose end in the record.

If we were considering a proposed Section VI I was not aware of it since there was no Section VI in the mimeographed draft sent to me, and the document I had before me was my own memorandum H. K. U. A. C. No. 34.
